Dollar inflow surpasses outflow by $3.7 bi in June
A $22.5 billion surplus was posted for the first half-year

The inflow and outflow of dollars in Brazil closed out last month at $3.710 billion—the third consecutive month with a positive figure, the country’s Central Bank reported Wednesday (Jul. 4).
From January to June, the difference reached $22.525 billion.
In June, the financial flow (investment in bonds, profit remittances and dividends overseas and foreign direct investment, among others) stood at a positive $890 million. In the first half-year, the balance was reported at a negative $7.241 billion.
The commercial flow (foreign exchange operations linked to exports and imports) stood at a positive $2.820 billion in June, and $29.767 billion for the first half-year.
