With Neymar back in the field, the Brazilian squad held another training session Monday (Jun. 20) at the Slava Metreveli stadium, in Sochi. Coach Tite conducted a technical and tactical activity using just half of the field, in a bid to enhance quick passes and man-to-man marking under pressure.

Practice started at 3 pm under rather sunny weather, similar to the conditions likely to be faced by the seleção in St. Petersburg next Friday (22).

Neymar was present throughout the sessions and no longer complained about a sore right ankle. Since last morning (19), the Brazilian star was being taken care of by physical therapists as a result of the fouls sustained in Brazil’s opener against Switzerland. According to the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), the athlete proved capable of pulling skillful moves and was active in the training session. The team is to fly to St. Petersburg tonight.
