The exhibition Arte de Toda Gente - Bossa Criativa starts today and runs until the 22nd of this month, in Belo Horizonte, with theater presentations, concerts and workshops for children with masters and artists from the region. The presentations, which will be held at Casa Funarte Liberdade, will follow all sanitary protocols.

The exhibition is part of the Christmas activities at Circuito Liberdade, promoted by the state government, through the Department of Culture and Tourism. The Bossa Criativa project is part of the Arte de Toda Gente program, a partnership between the National Arts Foundation (Funarte) and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) with the curatorship of its School of Music.

On-site actions mark the exhibition in cities that are part of the itinerary defined in the Arte de Toda Gente program. Cultural programming is usually defined with local partners. Music, performing arts, visual arts, literature, dance and circus activities are promoted, in an outstanding or combined manner, establishing dialogues with each other.

The presentations include resources in audiovisual format, in addition to training in the preparation of cultural projects and creative economy actions. All programming can be checked here .

Christmas at Circuito Liberdade opened on Tuesday (7), at Palácio da Liberdade, in Belo Horizonte, with the participation of Grupo Pastorinhas, from the city of Vespasiano, Grupo de Caretagem, from Paracatu, the presentation of Octeto de Vozes from the Clovis Salgado Foundation and the AMOS Orchestra, from the Minas Gerais Military Police.

Veadeiros Plateau

The Bossa Criativa project also promotes, from today (10) to the 22nd, the exhibition Arte de Toda Gente Chapada dos Veadeiros in the cities of Alto Paraíso, Cavalcante and São Jorge in Goiás. The program includes concerts with artists from the region and a series of courses, with an emphasis on supporting the creative economy, workshops on the development of cultural projects, fundraising and safeguarding intangible heritage, in addition to Cinefest São Jorge (see theschedule here )

One of the most important points of Bossa Criativa is the involvement of artists, artisans and other creators from each place where it promotes its activities, to enhance the creative economy, arts and local culture as a whole.

Developed in partnership with the National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute (Iphan), the Safeguarding the Intangible Heritage workshop has the participation of specialists from the institute and the exhibition of videos with masters from the region.
