Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro was released today (Feb. 11) from the semi-intensive care unit after his state improved, and was relocated to a room in São Paulo’s Albert Einstein Hospital.

According to the latest medical report, the leader is not in pain, and his lungs are showing good recovery. Last week he had been diagnosed with pneumonia. His intravenous feeding was suspended and replaced with a light diet. His nutritional supplement was preserved.

Visits are still limited. São Paulo Governor João Doria visited the president Monday and said he is likely to be discharged from hospital still this week.
