President Dilma Rousseff traveled to Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, today (Dec. 31) to spend New Year's eve with her family. The date of her return to Brasília is still open.
Rousseff's daughter, Paula, who is pregnant with her second child, and four-year-old grandson Gabriel live in Porto Alegre.
