Bolsonaro’s health state keeps improving
Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro is showing improvement regarded as satisfactory, a medical report released early Friday afternoon (Jul. 16) says.
Bolsonaro has been hospitalized since Wednesday evening (14) at the Vila Nova Star Hospital, after showing intestinal obstruction.
Also according to the medical team, the president is feeling well, but no discharge date has been disclosed. On Thursday (15), his nasogastric tube was removed, with oral feeding likely be resumed today.
Early on, the president met with Chief of Staff Luiz Eduardo Ramos on an online conference.
In the morning, Bolsonaro had published a picture on Instagram walking through a hospital hallway holding his serum wheel set. “Soon back to work, God willing!” he wrote as caption.
